染色工藝
（以普通羊毛為例，僅作參考）
染(ran)料溶解：用冷水將染(ran)料打(da)漿，加入不超過(guo)(guo)60℃的溫(wen)水攪拌至染(ran)料完全(quan)溶解，降溫(wen)過(guo)(guo)濾加入到染(ran)缸中。

水洗工藝 
 在另一處理(li)浴中加入純堿或(huo)氨水，調節pH為8-8.5，于80-85℃條(tiao)件下保溫15-20分(fen)鐘。然后用(yong)冷水充分(fen)水洗，并(bing)以醋酸調節水浴pH=5。
